Stashing Changes
Git stash is a tool that lets you stash the changes in a dirty working directory away. See Git’s documentation for more information.
Saving the stash
- Open a repository.
- Switch to the Status tab.
- Tap the box icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Tap the Save Stash button.
- Your local changes will be saved to the most recent stash.
Restoring the Stash
- Open a repository.
- Switch to the Status tab.
- Tap the box icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Tap the Pop Stash button.
- Your local directory will be saved to the most recent stash.
Viewing the Stash
- Open a repository.
- Switch to the Status tab.
- Tap the box icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Tap the View Stash List button.
- Your local directory will be saved to the most recent stash.
